Privacy notice
Who we are
Leaguemark is run by George Adjani, a self-employed individual based in Portugal. He decides how your data is used (the data controller). Contact: hello@leaguemark.io, subject "Privacy".
If you subscribe
What we collect: your email address; your first name and organisation if you give them; the role you choose; and when you subscribed and confirmed (we use double opt-in).
Why: to send the weekly brief, Day 0 alerts and the download for your role. We also count roles together to understand who reads us. We never use them to profile you as an individual.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.
How long: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address on a suppression list, so we never email you again by mistake.
What we don't do: we don't sell personal data, buy email lists, or add anyone to our list who hasn't signed up and confirmed.
This website
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't run analytics at present. The signup form is provided by Kit, which loads when you visit this page. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, briefly processes your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site (legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f)).

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct, delete or restrict it. You can also object to how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@leaguemark.io, subject "Privacy". We reply within one month.
Complaints
You can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD): Av. D. We'd appreciate the chance to fix things first.
